monumental light projection shows on buildings, interactive 3D mapping, concerts, and Fairy Garden
Just like during the successful shows of past years, nights in Debrecen are going to be flooded with lights again. Five Hungarian and foreign 3D mapping artists of world fame will be bringing the buildings of our city to life with their spectacular animation show.
Between August 17th and 19th, in Emlékkert [Memorial Garden] behind the building of Nagytemplom [verbatim: Big Church], the general public will get a chance to try their hands at interactive 3D mapping. The “screen” for monumental light projection on August 18th and 19th will be the façade of the main building of the University of Debrecen.
In the courtyard of Régi Városháza [Old Town Hall], a Tündérkert [verbatim: Fairy Garden] will be offering unforgettable entertainment every night between August 15th and 19th, spiced up with enchanting colors and music.
