Refund for the tickets purchased for the morning march earlier announced for the Debrecen Flower Carnival but cancelled due to the pandemic situation and for the passes valid for the original dates of Debrecen Wine and Jazz Days can be requested from 6th July 2020.
In case of tickets purchased at the ticket office, the buyer has to initiate the refund of the entrance tickets in person at the location of the purchase by presenting the tickets. We accept the return of tickets this way until 1st August 2020.
In case of online purchase of tickets, as requested by the organisers, Interticket Kft., the company operating the ticket purchase system automatically refunds the entrance tickets purchased through the official online ticket sale sites of the events. During this process the colleagues of Interticket Kft. arrange the return of the tickets and provide the data needed for refunding the price of the tickets to the bank, which transfers the given amount back to the account number related to the bank card used for the purchase within 30-60 days (depending on the bank).
We are welcoming you at the Flower Carnival of Debrecen organised between 15-23 August and Wine and Jazz Days Debrecen taking place at the same time. The programs are free to visit without purchasing entrance tickets.
